Qualitätskontrolle überholter Einspritzdüsen: Die Grundlage für Vertrauen und Leistung

Injectors are important precision components in the engines of modern cars. They ensure that the engine operates at optimum performance and efficiency by ensuring that the fuel is injected correctly. However, injectors that are subject to wear and tear over time can be renewed and reused.

Remanufactured injectors are a cheaper alternative to original injectors. However, the quality and performance of remanufactured injectors are just as important as those of the original injectors. Therefore, it is important to be aware of the manufacturer's quality control process before purchasing a remanufactured injector.

Steps of the quality control process:

1) Disassembly and cleaning: Used fuel injectors are carefully disassembled and each part is thoroughly inspected. At this stage, worn or damaged parts are identified and replaced with new ones.

2. Ultrasonic cleaning: All parts are washed in an ultrasonic bath to remove dirt and debris. This process ensures optimal operation of the injector and reduces the risk of clogging.

3) Measurement and calibration: Each part is carefully measured and calibrated using precision measuring instruments. This ensures that the injector sprays the correct amount of fuel and that the engine functions optimally.

4. Functional tests: The reconditioned injectors are subjected to various tests to assess their functionality and performance. During these tests, the injector parameters such as flow rate, spray pattern and sealing are measured.

5) Final inspection and packaging: Injectors that have successfully passed all tests are inspected and packaged one last time. Special packaging is used during packing to prevent damage to the injector.

Quality control certificate:

Injectors that have been reconditioned by a reputable manufacturer are usually accompanied by a quality control certificate. This document guarantees that the injector has successfully passed all tests and will perform the same as the original injector.

Conclusion

Remanufactured injectors are a cheaper alternative to the original injectors, while the quality control makes them a reliable and high-performance option. When purchasing remanufactured injectors, it is important to investigate the quality control process used by the manufacturer and favour companies that offer quality control certifications.
